Ekin is in grief when he overhears Yi Ge and Ren Hui talking about the death of his wife and two children in the shipwreck as he prepares to visit Yanthy after her surgery. Upon waking up, Yanthy cries looking for her mother, but Ekin cannot bear to tell the truth and lies that they have returned to Indonesia.
