YEUNG CHUNG (Pu Siu Wai) is a talented policeman being highly appreciated by other senior officers. He is especially good at investigating cases of maniac killers as he studies psychology and criminology. One day he begs a female colleague to hook the killer. He catches the criminal successfully but he has to resigned. The only one who is happy to see this is his girlfriend JACKIE. They decide to go overseas to live. Meanwhile a murderer turns up, killing a family with a cutter. KU begs CHUNG to assist him in catching the killer. CHUNG indulges in his work again, risking his life.
